1. Where do your meats come from?

Our beef and lamb are imported from various countries such as Australia, Japan and New Zealand. Our poultry are mainly from Malaysia and Thailand. 

2. Are your meats halal?

Yes. All our products are sourced from halal-certified suppliers.

3. How is the meat packed and delivered?

We use insulated packaging and ice packs for delivery. 

4. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 2–3 working days, depending on your location. Same-day delivery may be available in selected areas (Klang Valley).

5. What are your delivery charges?

6. Do you deliver outside Klang Valley?

Yes. We offer delivery to most states in West Malaysia using cold-chain logistics partners.

7. How should I store the meat upon receiving it?

Please place all items in the freezer immediately to maintain freshness and food safety. You may defrost items in chiller 24 hours before cooking to enjoy the best quality.

8. Do you offer refunds or replacements?

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 2 hours via WhatsApp with proofs. We’ll assist with replacements or refunds where applicable. For more information, kindly refer to this page.

9. Can I change or cancel my order?

No changes or cancellations can be made once your order is processed.

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment gateways like FPX, credit/debit cards, and e-wallets.

11. Can I walk in and purchase directly from Meat Mode?

Yes, you can. However, please note that walk-in stock is limited because most of our meats are prepared and cut based on pre-orders. For the best selection, we recommend placing your order online in advance.

12. Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

For delivery efficiency, address changes aren’t possible after placing an order.
