Shipping policy

Meat Mode is operated by Mesra Beef (Registration No. 202503116210 (JM1022181-T)), 10, Jalan 14, Taman Desa Jaya, 52100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Delivery fees (by Google Maps driving distance from our address)
- 0–10 km: RM15, free for orders RM200 and above
- 10–20 km: RM20, free for orders RM300 and above
- 20–30 km: RM30, free for orders RM400 and above
- 30–40 km: RM40, free for orders RM500 and above
- 40 km and beyond: RM45, free for orders RM550 and above
Free delivery applies within the Klang Valley only: Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Klang, Puchong, Cheras, Ampang, Kajang and nearby areas of Selangor. Outstation deliveries are charged a standard RM45.

Delivery time
- Orders arrive within 2–3 working days once payment is confirmed (Sundays and public holidays excluded).
- Delivery hours are 9.00am to 6.00pm.
- All products are packed frozen in insulated packaging with ice packs.
- A tracking link is sent to the phone number on your order.
- We deliver to the main entrance or food delivery area of your address. Please make sure your address and contact number are correct, as addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed.

Self pick-up
Choose Pickup at checkout. Orders are ready in 2–4 days and we will notify you when yours is ready.
Pickup address: 10, Jalan 14, Taman Desa Jaya, 52100 Kuala Lumpur
Pickup hours: Tuesday–Saturday, 1pm–6pm. Please WhatsApp us when you are on the way. Uncollected pickup orders are forfeited after 30 days.

Responsibility
Once your order is delivered, the products become your responsibility. We are not liable for delays caused by situations beyond our control.
