We’re Here to Make Things Right

At Meat Mode, we aim to give you the best experience every time you order from us. Although purchases are non-refundable by default, we’re ready to assist if something unexpected happens. Here’s how we manage these cases:

Refunds & Order Issues

Items Delivered in Defective Condition
If your order shows up damaged or not as it should be (for example, unsealed, spoilt), please reach out to us within 2 hours of receiving it. Remember to include clear photos or a video of the issue and WhatsApp them to +6011-1334 1735.

Wrong Items Sent
If you receive an item that wasn’t part of your order, let us know within 2 hours via WhatsApp +6011-1334 1735. Share a clear photo of what you received and include your order number. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the items must be sealed, unused, uneaten, and in their original condition.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via WhatsApp, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. For replacement item(s), delivery fee is applied.

Exceptions

Delivery Delays
We are unable to provide refunds for delays that occur due to factors outside of our control.

Unavailable Items
If an item you’ve ordered becomes unavailable and we’re unable to fulfil it, we will inform you as soon as possible. You may then choose to receive a full refund either as store credit or back to your original payment method, whichever you prefer.

Handling Your Concerns

Once we’ve reviewed all information related to your case, we will decide on the most suitable resolution. This may include a full refund, partial refund, store credit, or a replacement item, determined at our discretion.
